2022 #7
In Acts 15, the early church had an important decision to take.
How would the new Gentile converts relate to the Jewish foundations of the faith of Christianity?
The answer that came from a meeting in Jerusalem in the first century AD still resounds in our lives today. That Jerusalem Council not only gave the Gentiles hope, but joy as well. Because of that meeting, we have hope and joy. On July 13 and 20, 2022, I will be speaking to the Prayer Meeting group at Shreveport’s Brookwood Baptist Church on that important meeting in the history of the church. My two-part presentation will be titled, “Cut Off or Grafted In?” Our prayer and teaching gathering will begin at 6:15 pm in Brookwood’s Room 213. If you are in the area, I cordially invite you to come.
