Man’s sin problem and separation from God required a solution. That solution was a sacrifice by a Savior. Jesus Christ was uniquely qualified to be the once and for all sacrifice:
· Because of His deity (John 1:1-3)
· Because of His sinless nature (II Cor. 5:21)
Man acted to bring to himself spiritual and physical death. God acted to be the solution in order to bring about man’s salvation at just the right time.
