If you looked in your old high school yearbook, you would not find someone who was voted “Most Likely To Be A Fool.” A fool is not something we want to be. However, King David of Israel, in two of his psalms, asserted that there were fools. What does it take to be a fool? Can we be fools today? On Wednesday, June 26, I will be speaking to the Prayer Meeting group at Brookwood Baptist Church on “How To Be (Or Not To Be) A Fool,” a Bible study based on Psalm 14. The gathering will begin at 6:15 PM as we meet to lift up our prayers to God and engage with His word. If you are in the area, I cordially invite you to attend.
