The theory of evolution is taken for fact in the mainstream and popular scientific community. Because of this, many think that evolution makes God unnecessary. Does the Biblical view of creation have a place at the table? Dr. Hugh Ross of Reasons To Believe thinks so. He shared his reasons for thinking so in a video presentation called “Does the Fossil Record Prove Evolution?” that the Shreveport Chapter of Reasons To Believe will be reviewed and discussed at our next gathering. The gathering will take place on Tuesday, August 8 at 6:30 pm at Shreveport’s Brookwood Baptist Church. Mark Riser will be leading the discussion which promises to be controversial and illuminating.
